As for a time estimate of how long a probate may take to complete , at the time of publishing this information the probate registry like many other government run departments is running at full capacity and long delays are being experienced in obtaining probate once an application has been lodged and so at the moment no realistic time estimates can be given which would not be misleading. We will however discuss with you your likely expectations in this regard to see what your needs are and how best they can be met.
